FAQ's - Before Your Appointment

1. Email Your Photo ID

Simply email a copy of your photo ID to docs@mrtaxrefund.com.au with your 6 Digit ID in the subject line. You will find your 6 Digit ID in your sign up confirmation email. You can scan or take a clear photo.

What We Can Accept:

  • Driver’s Licence
  • Passport
  • Proof of Age card

What We Can’t Accept:

  • Expired
  • Blurry
  • Edited
  • Missing information

Please ensure that your photo ID is either sent in PDF, JPEG or PNG file format. Your photo ID must be valid and clear for us to accept. If you are having issues, please send an email to our team.

2. We’ll Call You to Arrange a Time

Please note that the appointment times below can vary depending on availability during tax season.

Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 8:00pm AEST

Saturdays: 12:00pm to 4:00pm AEST

Additional Information

As we have access to the majority of your tax documents through the ATO, we do not need you to send through any documents besides your photo ID.

For Everyone If You Work For Yourself
  • PAYG Summary/Group Certificate
    For all employer/s you have worked for over the financial year.
  • Work Related Expenses
    With receipts where available.
  • Private Health Insurance Annual Statement
    Private Health cover only.
  • End of Financial Year Bank Statement
    A summary of the tax you have paid on your bank interest.
  • Photo ID
    Driver’s License, Proof of Age card or Passport.
